Yes, I already checked that and there are no PHP errors.

I am the admin for the server and I watched the available resources while UpDraftPlus was running and there were no unusual spikes or high activity that would have limited the UpDraftPlus from running.

The maximum_execution_time, and site memory settings are fine and their values are in the log files. Have you looked at them??

The Plugin count was finally resolved.

Plugins: 73.8 count
Themes: 24.8 MB count
Uploads: 53.2 MB count
Others: 161.9 MB count

Again, everything backs up successfully WITHOUT the Plugins selected.
If I select to backup everything, everything FAILS.
If I select to back up ONLY Plugins it FAILS.

Also, notice (see my previous comment) the Plugins Count NEVER Resolves. It ALWAYS says calculating.

This has not been addressed nor has the plug-in updated. When will the issue I created the post about be fixed?

I updated and it’s the same problem. I can’t post a log because I can’t download it. There’s a grey opaque shadow over the whole page and I can’t click any buttons on the modal dialog box. This happened after updating the Updraft Plus plugin. No other plugins were updated which indicates the Updraft Plus plugin introduced the problem. This also doesn’t occur anywhere else on the site.

The error happened immediately after updating to Version: 1.16.46. No other plugins were updated.

Any update???

Sorry, it was marked private instead of unlisted. Please check again as the problem is constant, happening every day.

If there are no logs of it getting timed out or killed off then what else could it be?

I should have included I have read other posts in the forum first and saw that suggested. I have done that and there was nothing in the php error logs indicating the process was killed or timed out.

Hello, I am moving to a new server on Thursday through Friday and need this backup to work.

All the other sites using UpdraftPlus work except this one, which used to and stopped.

Any ideas would be great, thank you!

Is this a stumper? Is it a bug?

I have 2 other WordPress sites on the same server running with the default configuration with less memory allocated and splitting the files at 400MG and succeeding every time it runs. This site was running fine too up until mid October. So UpDraftPlus backups have been failing for over a month.

The backup always stalls on this line:

No, I don’t have a cache plugin. I don’t need this troubleshot anymore. I was trying this to delete it to reinstall fresh. What I did instead was restore from a backup.

My real issue is backups are failing. So I wanted to restore to a previous version that worked and see if that was the problem.

Please archive this thread as I have a thread already for the backup failures.
