Yes, please, I would like to know this as well. I cannot simply accept instructor registration without knowing anything about the person who wishes to teach. This seems like a very simple fix to include in an update, rather than requiring your customers to rewrite php.

I’m really sorry I clicked to speed up my site. Doing this deleted all my site’s logos, menus, and typography. Only my content remains.

I’m using 14.0.4 on the site. Another site I have 14.0.4 on but didn’t click to speed up has no problems at all. It’s after clicking to optimize that the problems happened.

I’ve deactivated the plugin and cleared caches, and the problem persists. Do I have to rebuild my site? I sure hope not.

UPDATE: I reinstalled a backup database and that took care of the issue. Only a minimal amount of re-do.

Well, I guess the thing to do is wait for the update, because that file does not exist anywhere on my site (updates.php). Only an image folder, style.css and ytwd_update.php are in that folder. I hope the update takes that into consideration. Looking forward to it, as I love this plugin!

I have looked in the folder you note above but there are only three items:

folder: images
file: style.css
file: ytwd_update.php

No file exists there as updates.php.

I’m getting the same error message and am wondering if it is linked to a couple of other plugins not working about the same time I last updated this plugin.

Thanks for any help. I’m willing to uninstall completely and reinstall but would rather fix it without having to set up a dozen playlists manually again.

Update: I switched the excerpt to lazy loading and that has seemed to fix the issue. Not ideal but it works.

Ok, this is something new for me but I’m up for figuring it out! I understand what you’re saying about using the plugin, and I’m happy to put in the shortcode to the template… just need some guidance.

I’ve located a file called template.php in wp-includes, is this what I’d need? None of the other file types are listed, but they are all within this file. I’ve never altered a php file so not sure what to do. Could you point me in the direction? Do you need me to copy some code here to show you what I’m looking at?
