If you read the description on our plugin page, we don’t say that we provide a free plugin. We actually say that there is a free plan for ever, plus you get 1-month free trial of premium plan with sign up. Of course, if you visit our website https://www.onwebchat.com and our pricing page, this is something you can see very easy. How is that misleading?
Also, we have thousands of users who use the Free plan as it is fully functional with some limitations. The main limitation is the number of chats per month, which is enough for websites with low traffic. The other limitations are not important and only a few websites actually use them. How do you feel that the free version is useless?

This review is written by mistake to our plugin. We don’t have a “PRO” plan, we have only “Free” and “Premium” plans. Also, multiple operators are available on both Free and Premium plans of onWebChat. Marcin never used our live chat service. He had used another live chat plugin and by mistake, he wrote this review to our plugin (normal review: see here). We please WordPress admins to remove this review and rating.
