Hey @bencosky – PilotPress release 2.0.18 was just uploaded, and it fixes (yet again) the multiple session logout issue.
Please let us know if you see any issues after installing it.

In reply to: [PilotPress] removing /blog/ in the URLThe Ontrapages plugin uses the permalink structure you set up in WordPress Admin > Settings > Permalink Settings. You should be using “Postname” as shown in this screenshot: https://screenshot.ontrapedia.com/public/fhagan/07fdd39d-d590-40ec-91f9-18b2b6cd945f1596558630.png
Just an update; unfortunately we had to revert the changes due to a conflict with WordPress syncing. Version 2.0.17 was released today to revert it.
We are still working on the issue! I will update this thread when we have a correction.
Pilotpress release 2.0.16 has been released and fixes the issue causing logout when multiple sessions of same user are logged in.
We’ll need to investigate further with a support ticket.
Have you submitted one to us? If you have, please let me know the ticket number and I can get it escalated to our developers. If you haven’t, the best way to submit a support ticket is through Ontraport by clicking the help icon “i” at the lower right of the screen, then “Contact Support” and click the chat link. Or you can chat in from our home page at https://ontraport.com. Reference this thread and we’ll get the ticket escalated to one of our developers.
Our devs will need to get a temporary log in to the site, but we’ll cover that when you get a ticket in. It’s an unexpected behavior and we think it is probably a conflict with another plugin, but those are notoriously hard to single out.
I checked with our developers and that doesn’t look like our error message. We suspect either a plug in that conflicts with Pilotpress or some other issue (like a webhost configuration) that is causing the problem with the PHP sessions.
Plugins that might cause a problem are those that handle redirection, “expire” posts or pages after some time, or are caching the Pilotpress protected pages (exclude all Pilotpress protected pages from cache). Try disabling all plugins except for Pilotpress and see if the problem remains. If it does not, add in plugins one by one and test to see which one is conflicting.
I’m checking on this now.

In reply to: [ONTRApages] WooCommerce supportYou can integrate Woo Commerce with Ontraport with WP Fusion. That page explains the basic functionality that WP Fusion provides.
WP Fusion does include adding a tag for abandoned carts – see this article. You would then use a Campaign in Ontraport to act on the tag being added to the contact.
ONTRApages would not be used as the shopping cart itself in Woo Commerce. If you need a catalog/storefront type environment – you’ll use the Woo Commerce shopping cart’s code and pages. You’d use ONTRAPORT Pages for thing like lead generation pages and maybe a sales page with a button that leads to your shopping cart pages.
I hope I explained this well enough for you. Please let me know if you have any questions. Several of our customers are using Woo Commerce with WP Fusion, and you can seek them out for their experiences by joining our Facebook User Community. The developer of WP Fusion is also active in there.

In reply to: [PilotPress] Unable to IntegrateNot sure what is happening, but our Support team will be happy to take a look for you!
You can click the question mark icon in the lower right of your account, then click “Contact Support” and click the icon to chat into them. Because of Covid-19 we are all working remotely, but so far the chat hold times have not been too bad.

In reply to: [PilotPress] Plugin incompatibility. Still an issue? Most of the conflicts still exist. There are ways to configure caching plugins properly, and there are some redirection and SEO plugins that seem to be OK. Here’s an explanation of why there are conflicts:
PilotPress is a very deep integration with WordPress, directly connecting your Ontraport account to it using the Ontraport API. On each login PilotPress collects the current subscription levels and tags for the user directly from Ontraport. The pages, posts and categories they have access to are available to them, and even shown in the menus. You can optionally hide the content they don’t have access to from the menus (some people like it to be there to encourage people to try and access and be redirected to a sign up page for the content). If they try to visit a page they do not have access to PilotPress will redirect them to the page you have set as the “on error redirect” setting.
Other membership plugins: These may hook into functions PilotPress uses and not release them, causing a conflict.
Plugins that manage redirection: We have found many of these hook into the WordPress redirect function and “fight” PilotPress on occasion. This can cause unexpected behavior.
Caching plugins: You can use cache if you can exclude the pages and posts protected by PilotPress. This can often be done by making all your membership posts and pages use a specific folder like https:mydomain.com/membership/, and exclude the entire folder. Or, you can exclude them post-by-post. The problem with caching programs is that once a page is visited by a member, it is added to the cache, and the page is displayed briefly from memory rather than being retrieved form the database after PilotPress checks the access level. We clear the content and redirect, but only after the non-member has briefly seen the content.
The listing of specific plugins is based on our user feedback. Yoast SEO seems to be more compatible with PilotPress than All in One SEO (as long as you configure Yoast to not cache content).
Ontraport now offers its own Membership Sites based on Ontraport Pages, our drag and drop landing page editor. Rather than discreet membership levels for entire posts or pages, you can show or hide content in any page or block (row) on the page based on any attribute the contact has in Ontraport, including number of purchases, tags, landing page visits, length of term with your company, or any value in any custom contact record field. We are still fully supporting PilotPress, of course, with no plans to change any of that in the future. But it is another option for our customers wanting a fully hosted, no conflict membership site.

In reply to: [PilotPress] Change Email From Name and Address on Password ResetHi Neil,
We do take over the WordPress lost password function, and there isn’t a way to modify that process currently.
You can use an alternate method to customize the process: hide the WordPress lost password link, and link instead to a hosted Ontraport form. The form fill out would trigger a campaign to handle updating the password. You can then personalize every aspect of the process. See this article for details: Create a password reminder form and campaign.

In reply to: [PilotPress] Causing a scan conflict with WordfenceOn a clean install on our servers, with just PilotPress and WordFence plugins installed, the scan runs fine: Screenshot of scan results
First, try whitelisting the PilotPress / Ontraport IP ranges in Wordfence > Firewall > All Firewall Options. Under “Advanced Firewall Options” check off the “Delay IP and country checking” check box and in the “Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules” box put these two entries:
209.170.211.160/27
66.205.189.32/27It will look like this screenshot.
Second, use “Start scans remotely”: Here’s an image showing where that option is: Start all scans remotely.
Third, try testing the ajax handler: add /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php to the end of your domain name and the result should be a blank page with a 0 at the top left as seen in this screenshot.
See if these steps work. There is additional troubleshooting available at Wordfence’s help article: If your scans aren’t starting.
