In reply to: [PilotPress] Error when clients attempting to log inThank you for your report. I will send it up to our developers for changing with the next release.
You should not have PHP warnings turned on for a production website. They are non-critical, minor errors that do not affect the website’s functionality. See this article for more information and instructions on how to turn them off: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-turn-off-php-errors-in-wordpress/

In reply to: [ONTRApages] Clear TransientsMake sure you upgrade to the latest version. We updated the OntraPages plugin on or around Apr. 15, 21 to address the transients issue (version 1.2.20). You should not have any transients permanently saved after that date.

In reply to: [PilotPress] Partner Center Stuck on login pagePlease submit this to our regular Support channel.
This is usually caused by the Admin of the WP site trying to test a partner login, and the Admin is still being recognized by WP (even in private or incognito mode). Try from a browser you have not used as Admin on your WP site. Or, our team can test it for you.
I can enter a ticket for you if you like, but will need to know your account number (found in your Ontraport account, when you click the profile icon. Screenshot. And the email address you want us to respond to if it’s not the Admin of the Ontraport account.
