I can see that your Elementor version is not up to date. Also, can you ensure that you are using the latest version of Essential Addons? Actually, I have just tried to reproduce this issue using the latest Elementor and Essential Addons. But It worked as expected. I also request you to check it once using the latest plugins. I hope it will be solved.

Actually BetterDocs works fine with almost every popular WordPress themes and page builders. I assume that your theme’s header doesn’t have the support for Custom Post Types. I request you to contact with your Theme Developer, I hope you will get a good solution.
