In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Draft products showing in catalogue adshi team,
Awaiting your response.
Hi team,
Thank you for all the information, especially the hand holding for locating the settings.
I’ve just created a ticket and attached the a file named settings.txt which has the settings in it.
ThanksHi team,
These are the options that I have under tools. Please tell me where can I find the text that you require.

Any update on this?
Hi Alex,
I’m sorry if this sounds silly but could you tell me what do I have to select under Tools to get the settings/.txt file?

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Draft products showing in catalogue adsHi team,
I don’t really think deleting all products would work because it’s an on going issue and not an old version issue. The reason I can tell you that it’s an ongoing issue is that I can see all new draft products (the ones which were uploaded after updating the plugin) still appearing in the catalogue.
Attaching screenshot of the same.Facebook Catalogue Screenshot: Here you can see that the draft product is visible.
Woocommerce Dashboard: Here you can see that the same product is in draft. Further more, all the other products in draft are visible in catalogue even though the dashboard says “do not sync”.Hi team,
Upon using this code, I’ve only get a blank column. Am I missing anything anything here?Done

Any update on this?
Hi team,
I’ve added all my custom statuses to the above code and it doesn’t break the website anymore.
However, I’m still not able to change the status for the orders that are in custom status.Current Plugin Version 1.7.1
Screenshot of the message after uploading the CSV file. (It creates a new order with order ID 400808, the actual order number in the uploaded CSV is 305483)
Can I get this item wise instead of order wise?
Hi there,
My website breaks after pasting this code. I’ve also tried adding all my custom statuses and still the website breaks.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Draft products showing in catalogue adsI’ve updated the plugin. As of now I’m running a Sale on my website, I’ll try using your fix post the sale period and get back to you.
Thanks
