Open a notepad then click open then put the appropriate link in the address bar:
OS Host File Location
Windows (8, 7, XP, etc.) c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Macintosh OS X /etc/hosts
Linux /etc/hosts
Open the hosts file and add the following at the bottom of the file and save it:

192.186.221.34 onlinetechnologies.biz
192.186.221.34 https://www.onlinetechnologies.biz?

I was missing the H2 tag i fixed the issue
