Same issue on my site too. It was working a week or two ago and now is broken and the CTA can’t be seen..looks really bad on mobile. Maybe an issue with the theme and compatability of wordpress updates or something??

@piccollino thanks, putting it at full width and setting the background image as the row helped. Changing the padding didn’t seem to be change anything but not sure why. My homepage looks a lot better now though I do have a little white gap between the menu and the image..not sure if you know how to get rid of that? Either way am a lot happier with it.

Thanks Premi, the thing is I’d really like the button over the top of the image – is there not any way to do it via a call to action? I saw on some of the demo sites that the call to action seemed to be bigger than it is appearing for me?

Hi, sorry not totally sure what you meant by whether the shortcode is applied, but I tested it two ways…first time by sending a test email and second time I just added items to a cart myself and then clicked pay but didn’t complete the payment. The link doesn’t show on either occasion.

I’m questioning myself as to whether it upgrading did temporarily resolve the issue now. I think it did briefly… but it’s back now anyway. Is there anything else I could try?

Strangely, I upgraded and the problem seemed to temporarily resolve itself – but now it has come back. Do you have any other ideas as to what may be causing this issue please?

Thanks – this seems to have done the job for the products (I did realise that i’d had issues with this previously and have some code relating to it aready but this seems to compliment the other code well). The other thing is the articles – is there any way to apply similar code so that articles are not also dropping down the page (there is a bit of a gap for one of them)? Thanks

thanks – i just tried this and cleared cache in my broswer but am still not seeing any changes in mobile view? I also played around with the height number and tried things like 10px etc and still it didn’t change?

Hi, thanks for the reply…the caching plugin that i use would have been in place on the old host too. I haven’t changed anything at all on the site since moving hosts. Is there anything else i could try? Or any way i could manually load this file?

Hi Sabina, thanks, that seems to have worked well. It did cause an issue with text from one column overlapping with text in the column next to it but this was also because I had an especially long word (two words combined with a ‘/’) and I took out the / and replaced with a space which fixed it – I guess this is ok.

Just one other thing, is there a simple way to increase the width of my website for larger monitors? I looked on another PC and on there my site looks quite narrow.
