We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you! There was a previously unknown problem with our build process that resulted in a recent deployment causing the JavaScript and CSS to have errors for several of our users. Our most recent deployment (version 1.4.5) fixes these breakages.
We have tested version 1.4.5 up to the latest version of WordPress (6.1.1) as well as alongside Elementor and Elementor Pro. You do not need to upgrade to the premium version of this to use the features you had previously.
If you continue to have any problems with our plugin please let us know – we do our absolute best to investigate and patch all bug reports regardless of if you are using the free or premium plugin.

The plugin works for publicly accessible sites, but not for locally-hosted sites. Contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to talk about solutions that may better fit your needs.

The scans do send full reports and are used by hundreds of agencies and websites around the world to get their websites and those of their clients accessible. We’re sorry there was an issue with your website that kept your from having a satisfying experience and of course we would issue a full refund if it was verified there was an issue that couldn’t be resolved. We offer unlimited technical support and would work to investigate and resolve any issue. With hundreds of satisfied customers we’ve only ever had one issue we couldn’t resolve. Sorry for the delay in response. We strive for same day response times though this was a new support channel for us and didn’t properly receive a notification for your support request. For anyone reading this we also take support inquiries direct through our website and Facebook Messenger but now should be getting notifications from the WordPress Directory.
The free scan offers full reporting features and reports but only scans the homepage. For most people this is going to give them a significant view how how compliant there site and theme are. The pro version scans the entire site, allows for custom sitemaps, and also offers “Site Update” features that provides rapid code update and management including our new and improved alt tag management system, phone number and email link and labeling, and anchor tag checking updating for “role” and “aria” coding.
