@sunil333 yes i am running itheme security on the site but away mode is not enabled.

@wpyogi yes i have asked them to clear the cache from the browser settings. Have not asked them to check on their mobile but will today.

Would it perhaps have something to do with the HTaccess file?

It has been brought to my attention that the above fix does not work on ie8 or 9, how would i go about making it on those horrible horrible browsers?
