I cant check the debug log
I installed the free version yesterday and it has stalled on 214 of 970 when using the bulk smushing.
After a week of exhaustive search and trial and error; it appears that the main problem is my hosting company who, it would seem, are basic and shoddy.
I activated cloudflare on our site to allow the support team to view the site and found the problem to be a Java error which we could fix over teamviewer.
Thank you WFMattR for your help and suggestions!
I contacted my host company and they said “Per previous message, this IP is possibly blocked hence why they cannot visit the site. I suggest they use a proxy or you request that we enable cloudflare on your account whereby this restriction won’t come into effect.”
Falcon caching is not enabled, and the message the theme support received on screen said:
This webpage is not available.
Err_Connection_Timed_outThey also tried to access the site using firefox, explorer but nothing worked. There are no blocked IPs showing in Wordfence.
I have tried about 6 different IPs including two from different countries and all were able to access the login page?
