This feature was the major draw for me to add this plugin. But, really?… it doesn’t work?

I don’t understand why plugins that don’t work or have not undergone sufficient testing are made available to the public. It just ends up wasting the user’s time: installing it, trying it out, scratching their heads, troubleshooting, contacting support and waiting, waiting, waiting. I guess the developers of these plugins use us as their guinea pigs to try them out so they can be refined… but this practice doesn’t seem ethical unless people are given warning up-front that it may not work with their particular platform, system, server, etc., etc., etc.

I hope your problem is resolved easily– your gingerbread products are very nice! I’ll be checking back to see if help is on the way. I feel your pain!

Dear @kellymetal, You were correct. When I “deactivated” the Printful plugin, the cart showed free shipping; when I re-activated the Printful plugin, the free shipping option disappeared and only showed a flat rate. I will contact PRINTFUL to see if they can fix it. Thank you very much!

I still really need an answer to this question! If anyone knows how to help me with this, I’d sure appreciate it!!!

I don’t know what to do about this, I can’t have people buying stuff, thinking they’re going to get free shipping, and not getting what’s advertised! That’s wrong. What should I do?

I’m so tempted to just throw in the towel– there ALWAYS seems to be a hitch in the set up.

THANK you all for those ideas. I just could not THINK last night– the “Draft” mode and “Visibility” feature just didn’t occur to me, and a “landing page plugin” that provides me with an actual maintenance mode is something I knew nothing about until now! So, thank y’all!
