Have the same issue as well. The link isn’t parsed, but sent with the function {password_reset_link} in the e-mail, but no actual url.

Which E-mail Customizer plugin did you disable?

I have a client that is experiencing the exact same issue. I could not replicate this issue until I logged in with my client’s account info. My account on his site has the Administrator role, and his has the Shop Manager role.

My client has a PayPal Business account, not a Braintree account. Wanted to use this solutions without having them create another account.
