I ended up having to figure this out on my own. I spoke to 6 different Bluehost helpers and they notified me that a bunch of my files were deleted and there was nothing they could do about it. Since I’ve paid for Bluehost to keep my files safe and backed up for the last 4 years this was very disappointing.
However after a week of my own research I finally found them myself. It was a plugin I had deactivated that deleted a bunch of my posts but the posts were still in my bluehost files. I would almost always start with looking into plugins. Check deactivated ones and one by one deactivate/activate plugins to check if the posts show up.
