Same trouble after updating to 3.6. Tried to downgrade AiOEC, but still same. Please help.

The bullets issue with using widget is same at my page.

I am not using the side widget now, only the showing note, when i stop the cursor on the number. It works with firefox or chrome. But i doesn′t work with IE.

I forget to mentioned, it works with Moziila, Chrome… just IE is broken.
