The badge builder is getting to the point where it will save, however, it does not show in the media library or as the feature image.

I found a bunch of references to the original domain in myphpadmin under posts. They were mainly listed as post types. There was also a reference to logs. Are there log files somewhere that would need to be cleaned up as well? Have not tested yet after current changes…

The reason I am asking is because we are getting notifications referencing the original website.

is the api token you are referencing the same as the api key you add to the credly integration section of the badgeos plugin?

I’ve spent all afternoon on this and unfortunately I can’t get them to play nicely together. I believe it’s due to the plugin using an older version of the CMB framework and it loads before the theme version does. I’ve tried extending classes etc but to no avail.

Currently it is working, however I had to disable part of the plugin to allow this to happen. I edited badgeos/includes/cmb/load.php – you can see the line I’ve commented out. I’m hoping the plugin will still function due to the theme loading the CMB framework anyway. I’m not familiar with the plugin, so can you let me know if there isn’t anything functioning correctly.

Is this a workable solution? Will you be updating to the newer CMB soon?

If I could use a custom url field, I could point people to where they can go to accomplish the steps such as the activity stream page in BP, groups, forums, learndash courses, other badges, etc

Would the easiest solution be to add a tick box, to each step, where we can add our own custom url vs recoding everything? This would allow us to have more control over the direction to point members during the badge and learndash steps.

If I could suggest that as a future update as well as pointing to BuddyPress groups… ??

Theme developer:

It’s because I’m using a modified version of the cmb.js – it includes the code to generate the tabs. However the plugin is overriding this. The only way to prevent this at the moment is to disable the enqueue within the plugin. However, any site not using the theme will have the cmb.js disabled.

I’ll need to look into possibly moving the code out of the cmb.js so that’s it’s independent. Leave it with me.

I have given the theme developer this thread in order to see what we have already done and join the conversation if he chooses.
