I usually force the update through FB business when i press “update now”

I try to find the sync button in WP but i couldn’t because I use an older version of facebook for woocommerce 1.11.4.

Therefore i decided to update to the newest version thinking maybe this would resolve all issues. However when i tried to connect wp to fb for woocommerce after following all instruction a message “ooops something went wrong ” popped up at the final stage.

I tried several times already

That’s the thing. It is most probably an issue with the ISP.

Shall i change the location of my server for? From Spain to US for example?

I have already asked several friends and collegues who work with me on the subject.

Their feedback is extremely inconsistent with no patter at all…

The only thing is that the issue is just local when i connect from Tunisia. When i test with gtmertix who connect from Vancouvert Canada. I have garde A with very fast loading times

Good day Pit,

My issue is definitely not plug in. As i haven’t installed any plug in lately.
As matter of fact, my server provider site ground reverted after all and informed me that another account was over-using its portion of the server resources and spawning a lot of MySQL queries so they fixed the issue. It worked fine for 48 hours and now i’m having the same issue again since 2 days ago. I emailed the help server again this morning to let them now, still waiting for their feedback.

If you have a different view on how to resolve this issue please let me know.

Still experiencing the same issue. Catalogue hasn’t been update since a week and always the same error message:
” something went wrong.
This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page”

Would mind explaining how resolve this issue temporarily from my side, until fb releases a new update
