In reply to: [WP Featured Content and Slider] translate the Read More buttonoh, just realized I did not see your answer before and therefore did not reply. Thanks for your answer!
I ended up using Loco translate for the button, and managed to change my design so I could work with the small featured image (and change the css to fit what I needed)ah okay, thanks for the info. I will look into that.
Any insight in my second question?
there seems to be an issue with translation. On the back end of the site all the validation message are in Dutch, like they should be for this site, and on most things it will go all right. But I get ‘This field is required’ in English.Hi Shahjahan,
Thanks for your reply, but like I said:
I found the email option. That is okay, I like the email.BUT: I don’t want to save everything in the database….
My client will use the emails and will never visit the backend of the site.
Saving everything in the database is cluttering up the database, and will store personal contact info of her clients on an extra place, which I would prefer not to do!
But as I understand it: just sending an email and not store it is not an option?
hmmm I might have to go back to CF7 then.. which I would prefer not to actually, for other reasons…Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] edit editor styleHi Shahin,
Thanks for your reply. But I am afraid I don’t make myself and my issue clear. So a new attempt!
I know that the issue is in CSS, therefore I have edited the CSS so it works okay in the frontend (see the 2nd image).
But I want to edit the css of editor style as well so it also works okay in the editor.
It is a normal paragraph block, that I give a background-color from the colors needed in this design. Unfortunately that color is the same as the standard link-color so it is a p with a class .has-blue-background-color
I can change the color of the link in the front-end in the css by telling that a link in a p (or a div etc) that has a blue blackground to not be blue but dark gray.
So far so good.
But: this part of css does not effect the editor, so there the link is still blue and therefore invisible, making it hard to edit.
So my question is:
Is there a way I can change the editor-style in my OceanWP child-theme.- This reply was modified 1 year ago by omniafausta.

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] edit editor styleIn the editor you will see this: (problem explained again in the image)
on the visitor side I can handle the CSS in the childtheme with a simple:
.has-blue-background-color a:link, .has-blue-background-color a:visited { color: #444; }
result on the visitor side is okay (see image below), but I need the link to also be readable in the editor…

In reply to: [My Tickets - Accessible Event Ticketing] several questions about My TicketsBut it was also not translated before I used Loco Translate, so it has nothing to do with Loco Translate itself…

In reply to: [My Tickets - Accessible Event Ticketing] several questions about My TicketsHi, yes, that’s the one, sorry for saying confirmed, it says confirm indeed!
But it isn’t translated and I can’t translate that through Loco Translate either

In reply to: [My Tickets - Accessible Event Ticketing] several questions about My Ticketsupdate: most things I have been able to fix through Loco Translate, making my personal PO file, but there are a few items which still are not translated. The one I know of right now is:
The word confirmed in E-mail (confirmed)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [My Tickets - Accessible Event Ticketing] several questions about My TicketsAnd my client found several other text they would like to change, or that are translated incorrectly or strangely or not translated at all…
I really hope you can help! Thanks for this! Just had time to update and saw the ‘single-future-event’ body-class. This will definitely work, thanks so much!!
Thanks so much for picking this up and helping me with this!
I still have few questions:
- you say: ‘Those classes exist on the event content’ but I don’t see any difference in classes anywhere between past and future events (the single event pages), but maybe I am overlooking something?
- my php-knowledge is quite basic (just enough to be dangerous hahaha) so I am not able to understand all you have written there. What will be the body-class for a future event page and what will be the body-class for a past event page?
- do you have any idea on when that next release will be? (so I can plan on picking this up)
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Ocean Custom Sidebar] different classes for different side bars? Thanks for your reply.
I will look into your method, but for now I have found a workaround by adding a class to the body and then using that to style the sidebar on pages with that body class differently.
Okay I am back with this question:
Because now I see that Events Calendar does not do repeat events, which I know your My Calendar plugin does… I also see you have an additional My ticket plugin that can be used for the reservations. So that sounds great.
Leaves me with one question: is there a way to import a big archive of previous events? This would really help!
Thanks!!I think I see it is only possible through the pro version of the plugin, is this correct?
