Regarding the address validation, WooCommerce Shipping does not require you to validate an address to print a shipping label. You can purchase a label without validating the address; only when the carrier cannot find the address will we throw an error during label purchase and ask you as a merchant to intervene and validate the address. You will also be glad to hear that we have a validation at checkout feature that is very close to completion and, when enabled, will give your customer the ability to validate their address at checkout, thus streamlining the label purchase process even more.

I understand you’re having a display issue with your site showing the images cropped on the shop pages. However, please keep in mind the way your site looks depends mostly on the theme you’re using. Additionally, if you’re in either the EEA, UK or Switzerland regions have you checked you have the consent mode enabled through a plugin like Complianz, or other options as listed here?To learn more about this, did you notice this change recently or it hasn’t never fully worked for you? If this was a recent change, can you pinpoint recent changes around that time on your site that could’ve impacted this? Maybe installing or updating a plugin, changing your theme or modifying any settings on your site?
In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- Which WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce database, Google Analytics for WooCommerce, and PHP versions are you running?
- Which theme do you use, and it’s also up to date?
- Do you use any other third-payment plugins for WooCommerce?
- Additionally, do you find any errors in your WooCommerce Logs? If so, please share them with us.

I cannot change the title or description of the Stripe gateway. I have navigated to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe but the “Customize” option isn’t there.
This is unusual, it should show up something like this:
Can you please share more details about your installation?
- Which WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce database, Stripe, and PHP versions are you running?
- Which theme do you use, and it’s also up to date?
- Do you use any other payment gateway plugins?
- Additionally, do you find any errors in your WooCommerce Logs? If so, please share them with us.

However, as an alternative, I’d suggest creating a catalog pague where you display all of your products in an informative way, and having the actual shop page show only the products available for purchase at the time.
Another option is to use the WooCommerce stock management feature to display your out-of-stock products as such. You can also configure backorders to avoid missing any sales! You can learn more here:?https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/products/#inventory. I think this is the most transparent option and less prone to confusion!

I was just testing this on your site, and I placed a test order to learn more. Please feel free to delete that order. I see the checkout page (ID 1236) is properly set up as your checkout page (even though the check-out slug is unusual, it doesn’t affect this. I also tested on one of my test sites setting up the checkout page as such to rule out this theory). I also checked your endpoints, and they are all properly set.
However, after doing some extra digging around your site, I think I’ve found the culprit. I see there is an actual page created for “
Order received
” with the “order-received
” slug (page ID 1257). This conflicts with your WooCommerce installation. Please delete that page. It should work fine for you! ??Let us know!

There is no option to modify the schedule for this Cron Job by default. This would also count as customization, which is beyond our support scope.

Please keep in mind the shipping labels are purchased on the orders page! (The link you shared isn’t an order page link!). Can you tell us if you’re using the WooCommerce Shipping plugin or the original WooCommerce Shipping and Tax plugin?
