Hi, the problem is because NGINX, pluggin
recognizes all ip’s with the same number. Try adding “HTTP_X_REAL_IP” into the trusted IP origins field. It works for me.

Hi, this the information for the Debug tab.

HTTP_X_REAL_IP = IP0
HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR = IP0
REMOTE_ADDR = IP1

Hi, I have a similar problem, Pluggin reports a lot of login attemps for all my users and users that actually doesn’t exist, but all these attemps are reported with the same ip, that actually is my server ip. help please.

On the other hand, I have two questions, I hope yo can help me.

1.- When I use shortcodes for Store list, Country and State filters have default values, I want to shows this filters without any value, I want customers select it. I try using this shortcodes:

[wcfm_stores per_row=”3″ per_page=”6″ map=”” search=”” category=”” country=”” state=””]

2.- If I use the sidebar for store list, Country and State filter don’t have any value and it resolves the problem above, but in the mobile version, filters are below stores, Is there any posibilty to show this filters above?

Estimados, una de las causas puede ser que tengan un plugin para administrar el checkout por ejemplo: Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce o WooCommerce Checkout Manager. Esto puede estar ocasionando un conflicto, al desistanlarlos se soluciona. Saludos.
