In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Sorting in admin columnHi @geraldinedes thank you for bringing this to our attention. The bug has been identified, and it is happening as a result of a minor conflict with the HPOS functionality. We’re already working on fixing this, and a patch will be rolled out soon to fix this.
Kindly bear with us while we work on this.
Hi @sagraphics
The dropdown option is only available on the pro version. The same applies to restricting deliveries for certain user roles, shipping zones, and products/product categories. All these functionalities are available on the pro and not the lite version.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Problem with merge codes / cart.linkHello @christophe68 can you confirm that the site and WordPress URL point to the staging site (actual domain and site according to your message above) and not your main/production site? Our plugin literally doesn’t define the site URL on it own but rather picks it from WP.
Hi @eduardoreoli @wannabebond @crocchio @siparker
I’m pleased to inform you that the patch I shared with you about six (6) days ago has now been officially included in our latest release, which went live a few hours ago. This update addresses the issue discussed in this thread.
I recommend updating to the latest version to take advantage of these improvements and additional perks and enhancements. As always, feel free to open a new thread if you encounter any further issues or questions.
Thank you for your patience.
@rhhridoy I’ll need you to reach out to us here: support @ tychesoftwares .com. This will help us look into this issue properly.
@eduardoreoli @wannabebond @crocchio @siparker we will be rolling out an update soon, but I’ll need you to not update to the new version as we are testing some changes and the last patch I shared isn’t included.
This thread will be updated once another version with the patch is rolled out or about to be.
Thank you for your cooperation!

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] The source code has been changedI sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by my initial response. I realize now that I may have misunderstood the full scope of your query.
While updating the plugin may seem like a step toward resolving the problem, after taking a closer look, I believe it’s not enough to address the core of the issue. The part of the source code responsible for this function has remained largely unchanged, which means a more thorough, in-depth review of your setup would be the best way to identify the real cause and get it fixed properly.
To be able to achieve this, I’ll need you to reach out to us here: support @ tychesoftwares .com. This will help us look into this properly.
Thank you for your understanding.

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Inputs Do Not Work For Order Notes@manageduser thanks for sharing the screenshot. I still wasn’t able to recreate the issue you mentioned, which points to the fact that this might be a plugin or theme conflict. To get to the root of this, I’ll need you to follow the below steps to identify the conflicting plugin/theme, so that will help us to find the root cause of the issue.?
1. Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the Order Delivery Date Lite Plugin for WooCommerce.
2. Please check if the issue is fixed.
3. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see which plugin is conflicting with our Order Delivery Date plugin.
4. If not, then can you please switch to the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue?
I hope this helps.
