Thanks for your message.
Indeed I’ve noticed that having no default location set was throwing an error.
The default marker of this default location showing on the map (when creating a new listing) is not important and will not be shown on the listing anyway after it is published.

But the problem I had was different and I solved it. It was nothing to do with Directorist directly.

The map was not displayed because of a badly translated string. I use Poedit to translate the strings, and I did translate the strings related to front-end only. One of the strings is ‘You can drag the marker to your desired place to place a marker’.
And I did translated it in French but with a french word using a ‘ which caused an error, as ‘ is used to open and close some code line.

After days of searching the cause a friend of mine found it. Removing this translation solved my issue.

As David said before, I confirm there is also the message, appearing in a popup, when deleting a listing which can’t be translated:

‘Are you sure?
Do you really want to delete this item?!’

I’ve seen this post by brentwilson, so if you don’t mind I use this thread to submit my question which is very similar to the first question.

I am planning to set a members only website using Memberpress plugin (with paid memberships). Like for brentwilson, I would like the users to log in to their member account and once logged in, being able to access to different services such as posting ads (with the WPAdverts plugin).

Will this also work with one user account only? Is Memberpress and WPAdverts are compatible together? Basically I need the “My ads” panel to the Memberpress user account. What do you think?
