I have a similar problem on my end.

basically, on Woocommerce product images, the image slider won’t start loading until the user scrolls on the page. As this is the only thing seen on mobile, it makes a ton of people bounce off the website.

Where have you made the custom CSS rule? The WordPress plugin does not have a new version available.

Som more info on the issue:

* Happens on all woocommerce product pages.
* Only happens on mobile.
* Only the header loads on woocommerce product pages until a user scrolls.

Thank you for the quick reply! I followed the documentation, yes.

Also, my CSV is formatted exactly like the sample CSV that can be downloaded.

Even uploading the actual sample download (without opening it or editting it in any way) is still throwing the error message: “There are some issue with CSV file.”
