yes, it is a 301 redirect. I am wating next google bot crawl and see if those pages are remove from index. I will let you know the results

i install Attachment Pages Redirect Plugin after i got tired of try to stop this behavior. The bug is present even if i disable all other plugins.

hi, the problem with it is that the plugin has a bug isue which prevent noindex checket. Since i save configuration it get back to unchacked status.

i install Attachment Pages Redirect plugin which is making a 301 redirect to all results in google to parent post. Not sure if it will prevent from indexing new atachment post.

in recently came across with the same problem and i solved it by installing Attachment Pages Redirect plugin. Not exacly know yet if it will prevent from indexing new pages nor remove attachment pages already indexed.

where is this global option? i have the same problem. I need to prevent google from intex all attachments photos pages.

i only see individual photo no index option.
