I solved the problem myself. Under “settings” at the plugIn you have to go to admin tools and there you have to clean the database with “database and remove … events”

I think it′s better when i show you some examples how i mean it:

This is exactly how i want the page. The yellow area is where i want my left sidebar and the three posts of my page in the main box.

This is what it looks like when I insert the left sidebar. There is too much space in the yellow area

I hope I could explain it more detailed (and hope the links are working)

But I have a question to your screenshot. In which file can i find the row with the max-width?

It is “Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields”, very easy to use and config and do exactly what i wrote above.
