not “By Order Status”

I do have set “Allowed Order Status for Withdrawal” = Completed
What I meant was that I have two orders in Completed status so it should be possible to withdraw.

Yes, I was able to log in when I removed the folder. When I reinstalled Cerber, I found that I had by mistake copied more text than the Secret Key into the reCAPTCHA setup (” Step 1: Client side”). Silly mistake.

Now I was able to verify that I am human on the login form (tried in Incognito window, stupid me for not doing so earlier).

However, the comment form still doesn’t have reCAPTCHA there, and even legitimate comments (that I wrote myself) are moved to spam. Please advise about that.

@alichani, you are right, that’s it! I would have never guessed there could be something like this! Thank you so much! Oh I wish they had sent an e-mail to all their WordPress and Joomla customers, it would have been so easy to do, but I guess it would be too much to ask…

@sterndata, no .htaccess for my site, but luckily @alichani was able to point me to the correct site.

Why should they install something there? The main site has no such login window and it is in the same directory. The directory is completely under my own control, and I only get this popup if I try and access wp-login.php or /wp-admin/ directory. I tried my web hosting username and password there, they didn’t work as well. I also checked from my web hosting GUI and there are no password-protected directories or anything to this effect that I could detect from there.

I will contact them to ask, but I am sceptical that it could be the reason, so any other suggestions are welcome.
