There are a few options possible – you can move the chat up, down and to the sides using this script. It contains a media query for mobile devices. You can adjust it, so it moves just the widget on smaller screens.

Here’s a full script:

You should be able to re-enable Swift Performance plugin now without losing Tidio.

However, if it keeps it hidden again then there’s another workaround that might help to get them both working at the same time.

If you did install it though, you may then like to disable any cache plugins temporarily since they may block it from being displayed as well.
