If you are using Forminator E-Signature field:

1. Create “Signature” field via Drag&Drop on PDF builder
2. Click on newly created “Signature” field with “Right Mouse Click” -> “Properties” and set Value manually to {signature-1} or other slug depending which is showing in your Forminator Form.

Let us know please if it will work. If not, create “input” and set value to {signature-1} or other slug depending which is showing in your Forminator Form. It must output image url to signature.

P.S. On next update we will add its support also to Visual Mapper.

To work with Arabic Language it’s need to follow this steps:
1. Upload arabic font via “E2Pdf” -> “Settings” -> “Fonts”.
2. Set it as default font inside E2Pdf Template (“Style” under “Settings” box while editing E2Pdf Template)
3. Set “RTL” on needed fields/html objects via “Right Mouse Click” -> “Properties” -> “RTL”. P.S. Unfortunately we do not have yet global option for RTL language, so thi action must be completed for each field/html object, however global option will be added in nearest time.

If after all this steps it will be any issues with showing data in arabic language, let us know please which font and which language did you use.

Unfortunately no, E2Pdf doesn’t yet support this feature. As a workaround you can try to use pre-made PDF however it will not be possible to change structure of PDF as hide pages with removing link from contents/index.

It looks like it could be still missed some tables / files / configuration. If it’s possible, are you able to reinstall completely E2Pdf and Forminator? If not and you able to use “Developer Console”, can you check the “ajax” response after choosing “Item” to export or check error.log?

Unfortunately we were not able to submit form, it failed with error message by some reason: “At least one field must be filled out to submit the form”.

If you success to submit form:
1. Do your [e2pdf-download id="6"] shortcode truncated? If so, recheck please if PDF template under ID 6 is activated.

2. If you have already submitted entries, can you check please if you can choose needed template and export data via admin dashboard “E2Pdf” -> “Export”? Thank you.

Currently E2Pdf shortcodes can be used along with GravityView, by using it with “Custom Content” as [e2pdf-download id="1" dataset="{entry_id}"], where 1 is the ID of E2Pdf Template connected to needed form.

Currently you can just add this fields manually to PDF via Drag&Drop interface from the “PDF Builder” menu on the right.

To set value on newly created fields manually you can just Dbl Click on it to edit inline value or set value via “Right” mouse click -> “Properties” after placing field on page inside E2Pdf Template. You must be able to use construction [123] as value where 123 is the Field ID (Hidden/Total calculated).

P.S. We are currently working on updated Visual Mapper and hope it will be released soon which will make mapping such fields easier.

P.P.S We also recommend to use our Help Desk so we can request/attach some screenshots with examples.

Unfortunately E2Pdf doesn’t yet support setting borders separately (border-top, border-bottom), however we added this point to add this CSS feature in future releases. As soon as it will be released we will update this thread to notify you. Sorry for inconvenience.

To set width you must be able to use “width” attribute on <td> tag, <table> also can accept “cellpadding” attribute to increase space inside cells.

Unfortunately E2Pdf currently can’t export pages/posts as is as it has limited support of HTML so it will be issues if you plan to export posts directly. The main purpose of plugin is export separated text data/separated images to mapped positions of PDF.

Is it failing with uploaded file? If so, check please if you have set “Add to Media Library” checkbox “On” under Caldera Forms file field as by default Caldera Forms doesn’t save files.
