Thanks for solution. I had the same problem with Cyrillic (Russian) slug names.

How to test if plugin is working?
Can it be used when apache is configured as backend and nginx is configured as proxy/cache frontend?

On my site was enabled “Prevent long URL strings”.
Disabling this option, solved problem!
