I had a site working. I seem to remember good videos explaining everything. Now they’re not there. I click on videos and get 401. Surely this is not hard to fix.

You’re right. I noticed that just after I sent the last post. I looked at it and got a bit confused about the set up. Busy today I will work on it tomorrow.

The version I have is 1.2.18.

I am just getting used to this brilliant plugin. If you look at this work-in-progress page https://using.roamer-educational-robot.com/roamer-in-design-technology-and-maker-spaces/ and expand “What Does a Robot Look Like”, you’ll see the Gallery I am working on. At the moment if I put a mouse over I get the title. If it is in the Lightbox I would like to see the Title and Description.

I have the same problem. Also I would like to show titles and only show descriptions if someone clicks on the thumbnail.

Thanks for the response. Pity. I think the plugin is great and yes I can in this case locate the note at the bottom. That might not always be the case. i hope this is on your development road map.

I think this is a problem with the theme. I have a couple of similar themes. I switched them and the problem looks as though it is resolved.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Is that another plugin? My skills are limited to a bit of html and creating content. Anything you can say will help.

I have to say that I find it frustrating that everytime a plugin does not work I am told it is a conflict with another plugin. The implication is the other plugin does not work. I use a lot of plugins. They all work together. I come to use elementor and the text editor does not work. What am I going to do if I find it clashes with a plugin that I use everywhere? Spend months trying to redo the work of the other plugin. Sorry to take it out on you, but it seems to be a common fault, lets blame the other plugin developer. I had high hopes your plugin would save me time. Guess it will not.

Thanks for the prompt reply. When I spoke to the hosting support they looked behind the scenes and told me there was a lot of hard coded statements https. This will only have been done as a result of the attempt to add a certificate. How does that square up to your comment – nothing permanent? I had run this site for a couple of years without a certificate. The problem only occurred when I switched hosting companies. I tried downloading free materials for my customers and get insecure warnings. Since I don’t do financial transactions from my site I don’t really need a certificate. Do you have any comments?

Er I found out is was a trial offer within 30 seconds of looking at the info.

It has all of that stuff in my version and a lot more.
