I have to agree with the OP. I had a similar experience. The purchased item conflicted horribly with the system it was meant to work with. Support tickets were lodged and ignored totally for over a week. However the second a dispute was lodged with paypal the account (including other purchases) was instantly locked out. It’s a fraud and scam in my opinion and personally I would rather do without a plugin than buy it via envato.

Check out their trustpilot reviews (apart from those that I suspect are posted by sellers and staff) they are generally terrible. You guys at envato really do need to clean up your act – it stinks and it’s contrary to all decent business sense and customer relations.

Just to add to this, I see wordfence using 34% of page load time according to the P3. It makes no difference if I disable live scanning. Any ideas to reduce the load ?
