  • I’ve noticed this too –?the drag and drop works on Tags but not Categories which is super annoying. I’d love it if it did.

I’m having the same experience. Initially I thought support was forthcoming via the live support and following the recent update I managed to get the GDPR stuff working …?however it soon broke again, and since then Live support has been removed from the website and form enquiries go unanswered.

Right now i’d warn people the premium plugin is broken and unsupported.

    Hi Ben,

It crossed my mind that down-grading would be a good option… when I looked though, it seemed to be hard to find an older version of the plugin!

I wonder if the reason that there are not more posts on it are that we must have a specific set up that has only arisen the bug with our unique set up?

Are you UK? I think our 20% tax rate must be part of it and increase the probability of .66 or .33 recurring figures which round up/down wrong. And it is only happening for us on these £25/£50 purchases where those recurring figures occur. I even considered changing our prices to solve it.

I’ve sent another ticket to woo commerce, pointing out that there are now more people than just me experiencing the problem.

    Hi Ben

Yes, we are experiencing this. Sent a ticket to WooCommerce but was told they could not reproduce it.

We have uninstalled all other plugins, and problem persists.

    Currrently WordPress 4.3.1
    Woo Commerce 2.4.11
    Stripe 2.6.5
    Xero 1.7.0

My guess is that the bug is in version 1.6.10 of the Xero Integration onewards … seemed to be introduced after that point.

The error occurs for us when there are more that 1 item in the order, and seems to be be related to how the items are rounded up or down

    Take for example 2 x £25 items

We enter prices inclusive of UK tax (20%), so the net cost of each item

    Net Cost: £20.833333333
    tax £4.166666667

    Total net £41.666666
    Total Tax £8.333333334

    Rounded totals are

    Total Net 41.67
    Total Tax 8.33
    Total £50

However the Xero integration is passing figure

    Total Net 41.66
    Total Tax 8.33
    Total £49.99

The consequences are that an invoice is made in Xero, but an error is created as the payment amount (the correct amount) does not match the invoice amount and is thus left as unpaid.

It’s a real pain! Is this similar to what you are seeing?

My activate links look like this too?– i.e no wp-activate.php

And so the link user just gets redirected to login page

this is a standard setup buddypress no custom activation

Any suggestion of a way to get around this?

    Thanks!

    Sorry… Self answered question:

I found that if I remove the following line from where I have registered my custom post-type in the functions.php

    'rewrite' => array('slug' => 'poems'),

Then the block will allow me to select my custom post type as normal… So it appears to relate to the url rewrite …

Thanks to every-one who has identified where this problem lies — i have been experiencing it for some time which hasn’t been helpful when my blog is entirely picture based!

@thomaz — thank you for your solution but i am not familiar with libxml or how i might downgrade it – is this something I can do myself or is it server side and I will need to get in contact with my hosts?

Like 123jmail i have access to my server files through ftp but anything more than that might be beyond me.

If anyone can explain method in slightly more laymans terms i’d be incredibly grateful
