I am sorry i think you misunderstood me.

2FA is enabled

Everything was setup with the installguide of the plugin, so i dont understand why the products are still not syncing. It has always worked upon till a time ago.

“Can you please check your external business ID and ensure that you have only ASCI characters and the hyphen? Also, check your currency settings to be sure they match.”

This should be done automatically with the setup right?
