I found the problem in the settings of the Themify Theme. There is an option that says “Defer jQuery script loading” and it was checked since last update. By disabling, the search field of the table reappeared.

thank you for your quick reply. You are absolutely right with your tip.
I used the built-in lazy load function of my Themify theme “Parallax”. Unfortunately, you can’t define any exceptions here, so I deactivated it completely. But it shouldn’t be a big performance problem for us either.

thanks for your super quick answer. And please don’t say sorry for this little bug.

Hmmmm… then i’ll try some other stuff like deactivating other plugins, see if it’s maybe a themify bug (what i don’t think, but who knows), script minification etc.

I don’t think it’s a JavaScript Thing, because I added smooth scrolling yesterday afternoon and I did it with the (a bit problematic) CSS: scroll-behavior: smooth;

i don’t really know.

I have a page where I put a TablePress Table in. But the JavaScript-Functions of the Table are not showing up. If I open the Console of my Firebug I get this message. I don’t know what its telling me.

Ah fine, sorry haven’t looked down here, since I fixed it my way. Not the best way to do it, but simple there for me. I simply added html-code to my footer.php, CSS does the rest. I will also try yours, looks nicer to me.
