Hi,

I cound’t find those queries, but with the new update there are new table lock queries. I have more than 3M records in ewwwio_image table.

There are multiple table lock queries generated after plugin update, but the first 2 took a quite some time to finish.

3 queries, more than 300s each
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_ewwwio_images

Multiple bathes with 25-30 queries, 200-300s for each batch
UPDATE wp_ewwwio_images SET updated = '1971-01-01 00:00:00' WHERE updated < '1001-01-01 00:00:01'

Multiple bathes with these 2 queries, 5-10 minutes for all of them to finish

ALTER TABLE wp_ewwwio_images ADD COLUMN webp_size int unsigned

ALTER TABLE wp_ewwwio_images ADD COLUMN webp_error tinyint unsigne

ewww_images ALTER TABLE queries if I recall correctly.

Just a quick update.

As soon as I downgraded to 11.2 everything went to normal, so the problem is in 11.3 version.

It was Ad Blocker on my browser, I realised that lastnight after some serious debuging with no results ??

Ha, I found the problem ??

Since I previously had Pro version and some premium theme activated, free version couldn’t couple with that and didn’t work like it should since I wasnt able to change the theme.

No, there are no errors, all there is are some notices regarding WP deprecated functions, nothing more.

Moreover, Wptouch Pro is working (last licenced version I have is 3.3.4), only the free one doesn’t.

I wrote a script myself for resizing already uploaded images, so I don’t need the bulk feature anymore ??

Hi Jason,

Yes, I know there is a setting for JPG compression (quality) but when I’m using bulk resize it just doesn’t seem to use this parameter. You can check if you’re using it in bulk mode?
