Hi @biplob018, I did some extensive research today and found out that this is a bug in WordPress 6.2 and later versions which doesn’t render the shortcodes and instead just displays the shortcode string on the page. I followed the thread and found a workaround for the issue till WordPress fixes this annoying bug. You can ignore my last reply before this since I’m not able to delete it.

Hi @biplob018, I didn’t receive any response from you for my query of how to clear any static cache of my website to check the loading of your plugin. Also, there is no resource on oxilab.org to solve any of these issues. Then you abruptly closed the issue as well.

Please let me know if you’re able to provide any satisfactory resolution to my issue with your plugin or else I would delete it and start using some other solution which has a better service even if the product isn’t that great but does the job.

Hi @biplob018, I checked again, deactivated, deleted and re-installed your plugin followed by reactivating it but still the shortcode displays like a string instead of rendering the flipbox.

I checked and there is no static cache as well. Can you tell me how to clear any static cache of my website ? Also, there is no resource on oxilab.org to solve this issue.

Hi @biplob018, I checked once again and see that the Image Hover plugin is installed and active on my website but you’re saying you don’t see it active. Could this be the problem why I don’t see the flipboxes being rendered ? Can we setup a quick call to align on this issue when you’re available ? A help would be greatly appreciated since I use this website for my portfolio and stuff.

@biplob018 the plugin is installed already. Please check again. You will find shortcodes embedded on the homepage itself. There are 4 Flipbox elements being used using the shortcodes. Let me know if you’re still not able to find them.
