In reply to: [WooCommerce ProductPrint] Impossible generate product print sheet with WPMLIt does work when Transposh is deactivated (that was the first thing I checked), so I’m guessing it’s some language-related clash? That’s why the WPML issue caught my eye.
I really like the plugin, though. Other than getting it to play nicely with Transposh, there’s one thing I want to customize (hiding a YouTube video when printing, so I’m trying to lookup how to do that), but aside from that, the printouts are perfect!

In reply to: [WooCommerce ProductPrint] Impossible generate product print sheet with WPMLI’m having the issue on 2 sites (set up very similarly):

In reply to: [WooCommerce ProductPrint] Impossible generate product print sheet with WPMLThank you for working on this! I’m having similar issues using Transposh. When Print Product is clicked, it leads to a blank page.

In reply to: Bilingual setup works on one website but not the other?I tried renaming them, and no luck. I still had the same issue; whatever this is, it must be really convoluted.
Working on figuring out the php…

In reply to: Bilingual setup works on one website but not the other?I just caught something with the mo/po files.
I went into FTP of the both site that is working and the site that isn’t. The WooCommerce files are the same (both are .pot).
However, the site that is NOT working has several mo/po files installed in the WordPress language file. The site that IS working doesn’t have any mo/po files in the WordPress language file–it’s just an empty file.
If I delete those mo/pos out of the WordPress language file of the broken site, could that maybe fix the permalinks issue?

In reply to: Bilingual setup works on one website but not the other?Ok. There were no po/mo files in the language folder, so I must be missing something.
And another employee just pointed out the “print product” button takes you to a blank page now. I disabled Transposh and tried it, and it worked, but not with Transposh enabled.
I really want to use this plugin but it seems like my websites don’t want me to.

In reply to: Bilingual setup works on one website but not the other?I went ahead and deleted the .pot files in the WC folder via ftp. I’m guessing if it was going to change something on the website, the change would be instant (?)
It didn’t seem to help, though. When I deleted the files, and switched the permalinks and language, the products all disappeared again. Still searching for an answer. Some articles say increasing php memory might help the issue, but if this problem is not happening on the other site set to the same php limit, I don’t see how I’d need to make that change on this site.

In reply to: Bilingual setup works on one website but not the other?I finally got in! And I found the WC languages folder.
Now my question is, do I delete the whole folder, or just the files in it?
I have woocommerce.pot and woocommerce-admin.pot.
It’s not .mo/.po exactly, so I wanted to confirm before I did anything.
Thanks!

In reply to: Bilingual setup works on one website but not the other? That would be FTP right?
I’m not sure if I have access. I’ll have to check into it.

In reply to: Bilingual setup works on one website but not the other?I’m looking for it, but not sure where to look.
I’m looking under WP Settings>Edit, and WC Settings.
(I have a single installation-using Child Theme-not WPML.)

In reply to: Permalinks not working – 404 errors multisiteYeah, I tried that yesterday. It seems like it must be a WC/Transposh thing because when the permalinks are set up how I want, the products and other pages display fine in English. When I switch to French, the products disappear, though the other (non-product) pages work.

In reply to: Permalinks not working – 404 errors multisiteI’m having a similar problem, except my website is not multisite.
I’m using WooCommerce and Transposh.
What is really frustrating is on one website, the permalinks work just fine with the main being post title, and the WC permalink as default.
The other site (which is basically the same structure) doesn’t work. I have to set the main permalinks to default, and the WC permalink as product. The minute I switch the site to French, when I go to a product category, I get a blank page.
I’ve gone over and over the 2 sites, trying to find out what might be the difference that is making one work and one not, but no luck yet.
Any ideas?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Bulk Discount] Change how discounts are calculated?Tried it, and no luck, unfortunately. Even if I change my discount price to match the one generated by Bulk Discounts, it’s always a little off.
Thanks for the tip, though!
I was just writing about this! I’m glad I caught a forum already in progress.
We offer Free shipping days (no minimum order) for certain states/provinces on particular dates each month. Usually, there are 3 tiers for shipping: Below $200, shipping plus X handling fee. Between $200-299, shipping fee only. Above $300, free shipping. I’m using your plugin plus an extra fee plugin for the handling fee.
I’ve figured out that in your plugin, I can just adjust the minimums for each area on their free shipping days to enable free shipping, but I haven’t been able to find any way to keep the extra fee but make it conditional only for certain areas.
Would you consider adding an extra fee option per area with a setup like you have for the flat rate shipping? That way, I could set that order amount minimum, and disable the fee per region on free ship days, while keeping it applicable to everyone else.
Thanks!
