I just had another customer (who is not in my Residential Fee group) place an order, and a residential fee got added. I`ll process it, since the payment has been processed, but I may have missed something. Is there a way to ensure that my fee only applies to the user group “Residential Fee”? I don’t want to charge other people extra, just that one group.

Also, how would I tweak the specifics of this code (assigning it to the role, setting the fee amount, and changing the fee name that shows on the frontend)? I usually know enough to find my way around in code, but I don’t know how to write code myself.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing payment, multiple charge attempts?Boy do I feel dumb. I went to run the test mode, and realized I had test mode already enabled. So the customer paid in test mode.
I tried to change the order status to Pending Payment and send the payment page, but the payment page didn’t work, and then the order automatically reverted to processing (no payment page option). Now I’m stumped as to how to do this. I know Paypal has an option where you can send direct to the account; I guess I’ll have to see if Stripe has that, also.

I had a similar issue. All my products were marked as Coming Soon, and Add to Cart would only display on the Shop page (with the other products), not on the individual product page.

I’m keeping the price visible for the users who can’t purchase–just wanted to use the message part to redirect them to where to purchase. I may have to get another plugin to do the message part.

In reply to: [Role Based Price For WooCommerce] Message for Price not showingI downloaded it; it doesn’t seem like the new version does what the old one does, though. (I’m mainly using it to hide the Add to Cart button from certain roles with a message.) I didn’t see that in the settings, and when I tried to see if the settings I need were in products and I clicked the button on a product, the screen went black and I couldn’t enter anything or scroll.
Going to uninstall beta.
