You’re right, obviously the problem was in the my installation. But I didn’t find out the reason. I solved it by deinstalling all the plugin and reinstalled. All works fine.

Thank You. It’s the solution. But the first syntax ([table-cell id=123 cell=C3 /]) didn’t work, only the second ([table-cell id=123 row=3 column=3 /]). Curious. But it dosn’t matter.
