In reply to: Installed WordPress update 3.8.2, now can't load siteIt looks like with new installation, you’ve overwritten values in old “wp-config.php” file (it doesn’t happen normally). If you know your database name/ database username/password, please try putting it there again.
However if website is loading very slow, then it could be another issue, mostly likely with plugins.

– the new installation probably overwritten your database connection in “wp-config.php” file. Please check that file and if you don’t see that information, and If you know your database name/username/password, put it there.
– try deleting .htaccess file and refresh your website.
– try updating your database tables by running this URL

It looks like your website has been compromised. “Normally” this virus code copies itself in all index.php pages but again depending on code type, it could be any file.
@wpyogi gave a great list of links to get website cleaned. But if you are not pro, my humble honest opinion will be to get professional help.

https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/ is a great tool, it’ll tell you exact files which are infected after you perform a scan, you may remove infected code from the files then.
