    I wouldn’t suggest posting any personal contact information here. I have contacted Card Connect twice and they are unable to tell me what the error message means. I’m truly puzzled at this point.
    “New Payment Method’s CardConnect ProfileID and Account ID are not valid!”

    The Account ID value that I have is 1. I can’t find any documentation to show what that value should be. I have no issues processing transactions. My only issues is changing the status of transactions which are subscriptions. I have tried updating Woo and Subscriptions, but no luck as yet.

    We have dozens of accounts with card connect for our various clients so it’s important we get this remedied.

    Do you have a website that I can contact you through so you can take a look?

    Hi, I’m still having this problem. Can you contact me directly so I can provide you with my login to check it? I have urgent subscriptions that won’t renew because of this issue. Thanks!

    Hi! No, we aren’t using any other payment gateways or methods and it does happen to all subscriptions. We have not used any other gateways with this account since we launched in July.
