I too have this issue. Was fine until I updated Sept 6. Map gone. I deactivated/reactivated. Map back with hot spots, but nothing pops up on hover or click.. Event tried to go back to earlier version, but if I delete 1.4, map goes away again. Is there a fix? Will (I don’t want to) recreating new in 1.4 work again?

In addition, is there a way to customize what response is sent based on same selection? I want to be able to use one main form, but response and redirect page would differ based on location selected.

Apologies and review updated to reflect you support response. I manage many sites and often try to use items that I like/work well across the board. This is one plugin that truly is AWESOME and I wish VC would not create havoc with it. I use it for DL and work around it as it is the best one out there. Thus, I will support YOU!

Thank you for getting back to me. There is no error that appears, just does nothing when click UPLOAD. My search before posting I did not see the other VC post, so that is helpful. I will get on them because an issue 4 months ago is still an issue after they have upgraded several times since.

I get you have no control over plugins and how they play/don’t play with your plugin. If you want to leave a snarky remark to at least let me know you have read my issue, that is referable to your plain ignorance of my issue. You seem to help people but others not so much. I will continue to use your plugin to download, but will use another for uploading. Not my preferred way, but since you don’t care, I will leave appropriate review of support when I review plugin.

Thank you for your update:) I see 1.3.82 is out, but I can’t keep upgrading, testing, then reverting back. I monitor this forum to see what new things updates bring (and sometimes break:) We don’t do anything with User Tags so not sure what we would need to “fix” there to get it working. Will just wait…and hope:)

Awaiting assistance. I stalled on another site using VC and same issue. Installed on non VC site and works beautifully. Added fileup does not add files after I browse so cannot upload.

This is still not working for me through update 1.3.81. I will wait until someone from UM confirms for sure that it will work in a future update. Whatever they did for you they should share, or it should just work as expected when updated.

As a user I have set that up. Just making NO selection for “Can User edit this field” when creating field. It worked as expected until 1.3.78. Updates through 1.3.81 broke this in that Admins could not edit field either. I opened a topic here and someone else had issue, but they had UM support access their site and “do something” that fixed it. Awaiting confirmation from UM Support that it is fixed. They said it was in 1.3.81 but wasn’t. I won’t update to 1.3.82 until I KNOW they fixed it.

I waited before updating (should have checked here first) and I concur with adminda, this did NOT resolve issue. Last good version I keep reverting to is 1.3.78.

I will not update again until I am sure you have this fixed. Please post that you have tested and confirmed. Nothing else has changed on site other than WordPress version (now 4.7.2)

PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE posted this TWICE in the PRESALES forum. Not leaving me with warm fuzzies on your plugin if you have crossed wires on your forums.

Will look into another option as you don’t seem to be offering anything useful. We don’t yet have Eventbrite set up as I wanted to know how to best use your plugin. I can’t seem to get to PRESALES for that assistance, and if we use eventbrite, other options exists for web integration.

Thank you for the response. However the site specifically states that tickets plus is not compatible with recurring events. Therefore, in order to use tickets plus, I would have to enter a daily schedule for every single day of the season, additionally create events for each timeslot per day. That’s about 10 separate timeslots that tickets are available per day, for the entire season which, for example, 180 days of the year, means creating 1800 separate events per year to sell tickets. With that in mind, is there another scenario that better fits what our needs are?

Thank you. Now THAT (The UM extension is basically allowing you to incorporate a badly designed forum so you can get all this:) is helpful! It wasn’t clear that the extension is a “bridge” between UM and BBPress as opposed to a “custom” version of the plugin. I still need to install the plugin.

Do you have a suggestion for an alternate forum plugin that will work with UM, or just use BBPress without the extension?
