Hi guys.

Our web developer/hosts said the problem is that your plugin is not multisite friendly. Until it is, I’m going to delete the plugin and look for other options.

Really hope you make the necessary adjustments in future versions. It looks like a great plugin.

Thanks guys. We needed a popup on pretty short notice so we’ve moved on to another plugin.

If I can suggest, the problem I was having (and others have had) seems to be frequent enough that maybe you could post a solution in a troubleshooting FAQ? Or at least a few steps that might help remedy the situation and make your job easier. Just a thought.

I’m happy to update the review. The plugin works great. Thank you.
For other requests in the future, would you maybe consider at least just replying and letting the user know you got the request and will get to it when possible? There are so many plugins that are abandoned, and that quick reply I think let’s people know this plugin is still active.
