I’ve since done some more testing with the CUSTOM POST TYPE…when I change the page to custom post it uses sitename/custompostype/name-of-page and therefore changes it from sitename/parent-page-name/child-page-name/name-of-page hence not keeping the same url.

When I change page to a GENERAL POST, it changes it to sitename/uncategorized/name-of-page. I therefore added the parent and child category names and selected them. After doing that I got the correct url that was same as page url.

I also added the categories to the custom post type but the url stayed same as with the custom post type name first.
Would you think that the custom post type info needs changing for this to work or is the general post types process above how this plugin must be used to retain existing page url?

Eway code up to date. Info was entered in store admin settings.

The store admin settings were set to send and receive from same email. It had been working like this for a long time. The hosting company suggested I try a different “FROM” email address as they’d updated their spam filters lately. I did this and it worked.

The strange thing is that when I changed the FROM email address back to the original address it worked again. All working OK now.

I have a problem related to this as well.
Since I updated the WPEC to v3.11.3, gold cart to v3.1 and WordPress to 4.5.2 The website admin doesn’t receive the Transaction email sent through to them. They only get the email from Eway their gateway to say that transaction has been accepted.

Is it possible for this post to be deleted by a WP moderator please?

I figured out there was a plugin conflict. I deactivated the other plugin and then reactivated it and this fixed the problem.

Sorry just ignore this, client has informed me that it seems to be more due to operator errors.

Thanks Tecvoid for posting! I’ve noticed that it must have just been old users showing from before the upgrade that were still in the database so I’ve now deleted them all.

I thought my site had been hacked like some others when I saw thousands of anonymous users. I found this thread and started reading it but haven’t read it all as it’s quite old. Could someone please tell me what the current situation is with this. Am I just meant to go into the database and delete them all? I’ve done this on the test site (by changing the database view to rows of 500 which deleted them fast) I’m using version 3.8.14.3 and gold cart Version 2.9.7.8
Just wanted to check before doing anything on the live site.
Your help would be appreciated.

I just tested it having the “apply on all products” checked on works.
I had an item in the check out that doesn’t receive discount and multiple other items that do (some with qtys of more than one)
It applied discount to only the items that should receive it. All appears to be working now.

If I check the “apply on all products” in the coupon settings will that correct this or does that mean that any item in the checkout (even if it isn’t within the conditions) will get the discount applied?

I may have spoke to soon, there seems to be a problem with the calculation of discount.
If I have multiple items in the checkout, it only seems to give discount to 1 random item (and that is for a qty of 1 even if there is qty of 2 selected for that item).

Yes you are absolutely correct… It should have had OR instead of AND in the conditions list.
Sorry for the inconvenience, someone else had set it up and I overlooked that error when I checked it out.
