Are you saying something as simple as that needs to be hand coded in text for a basic blog post???

In reply to: CSS check for fixed width 3 column layoutMy concern is that any theme other than the default WP annual updates will become obsolete after a few years, requiring extensive multi-day updates. I had hoped that by using code in a child theme it would be fairly straightforward to update the site year by year.
What does responsive behavior achieve?
