Don’t know if this’ll help but I had a similar problem.

What fixed it for me was the REVERT under DESIGN / HEADER IMAGE AND COLOR then UPDATE.

After that my new header art showed.

I figured it out… I had to click REVERT then it showed up.
WEIRD.

I am really hitting a brick wall here…

I’ve been reading the documentation regarding changing the header image but can’t seem to see my update.
