Thank you for you fast response and support. We wouldn’t expect anything less from Shaped Pixels.

I appreciate the response, but Jetpack is not a plugin we use anymore after some serious failures with it in the past.

Once again, I thank you for your support.

Thank you for your response. We have the pro version, and in order to get the pro version to work we also have to upload the free version.

The tool tips are very frustrating for us and we see no way to get rid of them, nor do we need to take the time to x them out or take the tour each time we use the slider.

I checked in our Meta Slider dashboard and we have the latest version. We have other serious issues with the slider and was told by support in an email it would be corrected in the next update. At the present time we can’t use the slider until a fix has been implemented. Support gave us a work around to try so we’ll try that soon.

The tool tips have to go or none of us will continue to use the slider because of the frustrations they cause us trying to build a slider.

Once again, I thank you for your time and response in a timely manner.

Thank you and I apologize for not responding sooner. We took our grand daughters boondocking out west on BLM land in our rv for a couple of weeks.

For anyone reading this, I would like to say something about Shaped Pixels. They have the finest WordPress themes in the internet and you shouldn’t have to look any further for a theme.

We’re a family owned consulting and business management firm located on the backside of nowhere, per say, in southern Appalachia. We have 100’s of clients and we built and manage 90% of their websites.

We’ve been using Shaped Pixels themes for a long time now with much success because of their beautifully well designed and well structured themes and excellent support. They have the easiest themes to customize and brand to your business.

Thanks Shaped Pixels for all the dedicated work you do designing clean and beautiful themes for the ones of us that do this for a living. Support their developers and purchased their premium themes, you won’t regret it.

Yes, we’ll give you a five star on this theme also. My sister promotes your themes on a forum she belongs to and is respected on the forum for her knowledge of WordPress and themes.

Thanks for your response. I was not clear on what I need to do. I need to have a pdf image next the the text about each download. I need for anyone to be able to click on the pdf image and the pdf file opens in a new browser tab.

Thanks for your fast reply. We’ve tried Contact Form 7 and FS Contact Form. We’re also testing the Abberation theme on the same vps for a client and both forms work on it. Same settings on all the forms on both themes.

Ok, thanks a lot. I checked the site and saw what you’re talking about. We’re not ones to build pages that’s as long as the distance from the north to the south pole and requires a lot of scrolling.:-)
Thanks again for your awesome support.

Thanks again. I’ll take a look at the tut tomorrow.
The Senses theme is going to be used for a wedding website.

@kwolfson. About the best way to learn WordPress is on youtube. Tyler Moore has some of the best tutorials on learning to build a WordPress site.

Images sizes. Most of the time you can right click on an image and then left click on properties and it will give you the size of the image.

Foxfire has an Addon on called Measureit that you can use to measure an image.

And you don’t find any better themes and support than Shaped Pixels. They are our go to themes.

Thanks and that’s awesome support. Let’s just wait and see what our client says after he sees what we’ve got. If he wants to see more red then I’ll let you know. I feel sure he’ll accept the theme.
Question, is there a way to put his social icons in the top bar next to the Search box? I can’t seem to find a way to do it.
We’ve also got a request today for the Senses theme.

Thanks for your replies and your suggestions on using an image editor. Everyone that workd for me are Photoshop gurus also so that wouldn’t be a problem for us but we don’t have the time to do it.
I think maybe we’ve got s image on the theme that doesn’t clash with the colors so we’ll know when the client looks at it next week.

Well, when the color was changed and we put up his fireworks banner it clashed big time so we’re back to square one again.
