I figured it out. although the image sizes were ok as uploaded, I still needed to place a value in the width and height

thanks for the feed back. I guess I am a little anxious to get answers and they seem to be a little too busy to respond. It’s a shame because I naively paid a few hundred bucks on several of their products.
