SebastianHi Thomas,
thanks for your quick answer – hmm okay strange. The URL definitely is the regular checkout confirmation URL but inside woocommerce the order is not “complete” – and that “confirmation” page then also looks different (the user can pay again). Maybe the conversion tags are not firing as they are not finding what they are looking for despite the URL being the same? Is that theoratically possible?
Hi Eva, thanks a lot for your detailed answer. However, the parent product inside woocommerce does have a price (low / max) – actually the source code for a variation product is the same as for the parent product in this regard. I know your plugin adds structured data for the variation, but non the less – if I submit the parent product it is would be recognized and accepted. We have this setup inside facebook. Is there a difference between facebook’s rules and google`s?
Thanks again so much!
PeterHi, okay nice, thanks a lot for the quick answer!
All the best
PeterHi Eva, thanks a lot for the quick answer! You claim that Facebook and Google Shopping require you to remove the parent products from feeds – I do believe you, but is there any kind of official documentation about this? As I have not found anything stating this from Google or Facebook. I just want to be extra sure.
Thanks a lot

In reply to: [WooCommerce Google Feed Manager] Add parent product also into feed?Hi Auke, okay nice, thanks a lot for the quick answer!
All the best
PeterHi duracelltomi,
thanks for your answer.
What if I have my developer prevent the order confirmation page from re-loading? So basically forcing a redirect to the homepage or so? Not ideal for the user, but will probably solve the issue, right?
Thanks
SebastianHi,
thanks a lot for your answer and sorry for my late reply. This is just a dummy user I created, so not really an issue if others can see the password (but thanks for your attention ??
So from your side on that test purchase all worked as expected, right? It is just weird – 90% of the orders work fine (just as yours) but then in about 5-10% we get the issue that quantities are doubled. So somehow the behaviour in not consistent. Any idea at all what my developer can test/change?
Thank you so much
SebastianVery strange. Placing dummy orders 9 out of 10 work fine – but then in one of them this happens:
Completed order showing multiple times (on the first page load of the thank you page). Any idea why this happens?

Quick update: We also use Criteo remarketing. Criteo uses data layers from your plugin (so transactions also just fire once), but we added this datalayer into the thank you page with custom code:
“ProductTransactionProducts”
So then in source it would show e.g. like this (also on page refreshes):
“ProductTransactionProducts”:[{“id”:”woocommerce_gpf_47485″,”price”:7.9,”quantity”:1}]
Could that somehow resend enhanced ecommerce data to GA and cause the amounts to be inaccurate?
Thanks a lot
SebastianHi! Thank you so much for testing and your answer and sorry for the issues you had. I created a test user with a saved address for you, this will make it more simple ??
user: [email protected]
pw: 123123123You can just login here (left side): https://www.trocandofraldas.com.br/minha-conta/
And then proceed to the shop (e.g. this product): https://www.trocandofraldas.com.br/produto/teste-de-gravidez-famivita/
In the checkout, the address will be saved and if you select “boleto” (as payment) you should be able to place an order without issues.
Thanks again, I cannot say how much I appreciate your help on this!
Kindest Regards
SebastianPerfect, thank you so much!
Have a nice day,
PeterHi Thomas,
ahh ok I see – we will try to make it work, thanks for the support!
I also just checked and see gtm4wp.productClickEEC is also not tracked. Could you possibly also tell me which jQuery selector is used here? We are using a custom slug for products…/produto/, but that should be the reason for this not being tracked I assume?
Thanks a again for your great support,
PeterHi Thomas,
thanks for your quick answer. Sure – have a look: https://bit.ly/2v2hUHJ
I see that the simple products have the event gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC inside their source code 3 times…but the variation products just one time. Although I am not sure if this may be related to my theme? But as said…worked correct for non variation products.
Thanks a lot,

In reply to: [SendGrid] Emails stop sending after 700Thanks – any updates? Is there a way I can activate the log here? Inside the Sendgrid plugin? That would really help a lot as I could see how many requests are actually sent to Sendgrid…and if there are any errors here.
Thanks,
Sebastian
